Delivery and Shipping Policy

Yalla HomeGym Sports Equipment Trading website offers free delivery on all fitness equipment in the United Arab Emirates. For accessories, free delivery is available for the minimum purchase amount of AED 100 whereas standard charges may apply if purchased products are below AED 100. Goods are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. However, for international delivery, there may be shipping charges in accordance with the product dimension and time may vary. We recommend that you learn more about these in your country before placing an order. Furthermore, the installation service (available in the UAE) will be implemented by our qualified engineer at your home based on your convenient time. The order shall be placed through our website, upon confirmation you will get an email on your given mailing address that confirms your order, mentioning the order code. YallaHomeGym.ae will not deal or provide any services or product to any Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of the United Arab Emirates. Moreover, multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product purchase, if it’s damaged, defective, or tampered with, you can return it for free and get a full refund with the shipping fees incurred, if return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Make sure to contact us within 3 days and ensure the originality of the package. However, once the installation is being done, it shall not be refunded. In case, a manufacturing defect is found on installed fitness equipment will be repaired free of cost. Once we receive the order returns, the refund payment will be processed within 7-14 working days.

Cancellation and Replacement Policy

You can cancel your purchase if not delivered at your desired time. if you get a defective product you can replace it by sending clear pictures of the item you received. we will make sure to provide a satisfying replacement. In case, the product you received is not what you bought, we will get back to you with the desired product and take back the wrong product but make sure to not use the product which you didn’t purchase and mistakenly delivered to you.
